Where are you located?

      Our Corporate Office is located in San Diego, CA with a shipping network of warehouses located across the USA for quick delivery times.

How can I place an order?

      Orders can be made by securely 24 hrs or by calling our Order Center at 800-232-6922 or 858-273-5700.

      International Orders: We can let you know if an item can be shipped to international destinations and give you a quote for delivery. You can contact us at 858-273-5700 or send us an Information Request Inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for US bank issued cards only. We also accept payment by Money Order, Cashier's Check , and wire transfer (wire transfer fees apply). We do not ship C.O.D.

How long will it take to receive my order?

      Orders are processed M-F during regular business hours. Allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order and charge your credit card before shipping.

      We have a shipping network of warehouses throughout the USA for quick delivery. Most people in the lower 48 USA receive their orders within a few days. Some products are made to order from the manufacturer and will take longer, however will ship directly to you for the quickest shipping time.

What is your return policy?

      Items that are not custom made or special order are returnable within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy .
