AUTOMEGA® All products sold by Custom Auto Trim & Graphics, Inc. are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms. For copies of detailed warranty information, contact the respective manufacturer. For warranty claims, follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the product. Spoilers:
High impact resin spoilers carry a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own
the vehicle. Fiberglass and polyurethane spoilers carry a 3 year manufacturer's
warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
DAR brand fiberglass and ABS plastic spoilers carry a 3 year manufacturer's
warranty. Hyper Wing brand spoilers carry a one year manufacturer's
warranty. LED lights are warranted for one year. Warranties do not cover
defects due to improper installation. Painted orders will be guaranteed
to match the factory code provided by the customer. The paint is guaranteed
to match the factory code at the time of delivery. Paint warranty is
3 yrs/36,000 miles. Painted orders are not guaranteed against fading
or oxidation. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the
finish in a proper manner, including frequent washing, waxing and protecting
the paint surface. Warranties apply to replacement value of parts only.
Moldings: One
year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover defects due to
improper installation. Chrome mylar strips are not covered under warranty,
but should be sealed on the edges after installation in order to prevent
premature peeling of the protective carrier liner. Warranty applies
to replacement value of parts only.
Nerf Bars:
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Stainless steel
nerf bars carry a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Chrome nerf
bars are warranted for 3 years. Black nerf bars are warranted for 90
days, and does not cover against chips, peeling, or other incidental
failure in finish due to rocks, stones or other road hazards. Warranty
does not cover defects due to improper installation. Warranty applies
to replacement value of parts only.
Rocker Panels: Stainless steel panels are warranted for 1 year. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation or adhesive failure due to improper surface preparation before installation. Warranty applies to replacement value of parts only. Wood Dash products:
Warranty is specific to each manufacturer. Most kits carry a limited
lifetime manufacturer's warranty and some carry a 3 year manufacturer's
warranty. See specific dash kit pages for warranty designation. Warranted
against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover
defects due to improper installation, or use of silicone, "armorall"
type products, cleaners or dressings. Warranty does not cover
adhesive failure due to improper cleaning preparation. Real wood
dashes may appear different from kit to kit depending on their natural
characteristics, and it is possible some wood types may have seams or
have variation in color. Warranty applies to replacement value
of parts only.
Roof Racks: 3
year manufacturer's warranty. Warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship. Warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation
or weight loading materials that exceed manufacturer's recommendations.

Striping and graphics products:
1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover defects due
to improper installation, abuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover
adhesive failure due to improper surface preparation before installation.
Warranty applies to replacement value of parts only.
Hitch mounted bike racks:
1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover defects
due to improper installation, abuse or neglect. Warranty applies to
replacement value of parts only.
Billet Grilles:
1 year manufacturer's warranty on grille products free of defects
in material and workmanship, under normal use and used for their intended
purpose. Warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper
installation, road hazard, impairment from accident, product modifications
or product neglect. Manufacturer retains the right to evaluate such
disputes on a case by case basis.
Euro Lights: Altezza style tail lights carry a six month manufacturer's warranty. LED tail lights are covered under a one year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover improper installation or damage from collision, negligence, misuse or alteration. It is normal for some condensation to be visible due to the nature of transparent Altezza style lenses and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Warranty applies only to products that have been installed on the vehicle for which it has been designed. Body Kits: Warranty is specific to each manufacturer and will be defined on the web page for the particular part.
Manufacturer's warranties do not cover damage due to improper installation,
abuse, neglect, or any other failure due to out of ordinary and reasonable
consumer use. Warranties are not transferable.
