• Wood Grain Vinyl Wrap Material is sold off the roll, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We recommend you purchase a sample before ordering larger sizes.
• Measure your part and add at least 1-2 ft of excess vinyl to allow for wrapping around complex curves. Material should be overlapped if necessary- no butt joints (overlap should be at least 1/4 inch and primer over bottom layer of vinyl first). If covering more than one part, add up the total amount of vinyl needed and order a longer length sheet as needed for entire project.
• Make sure you order a long enough sheet for your project. Once we cut your required length to order, it is not returnable.
• Use of #94 Primer on curved areas, surface edges, and butt joints is recommended prior to installation to promote and increase the adhesive bonding action. Adhesive bond reaches full strength in 3-7 days. Use of primer will quicken this time.
