Multi Line Pinstriping Tape
Multi-Line Pinstriping adds an extra accent to your truck, boat, van or RV. This pinstriping tape consists of 3 or more lines of stripes, usually in one color all on one roll. You will see multi-line striping on heavy duty and super duty trucks, Conversion Van Striping, boat stripes, sales boards, walls, signs and more. In years past, there were several designs of multi-line stripes with stripes of varying width or several lines of stripes all the same size.
If you don't find the mult-line stripe configuration you a are looking for, you can re-create your multiline stripe using two or more pinstriping rolls. Use your creativity -- use a combination of a multi-line stripe along with a double line stripe to obtain varying widths. You can repeat this pattern to make a wider stripe. For example, you can take a 5-Line stripe and lay it down two times and then remove any unnecessary stripes as desired. You can install one set of stripes with the widest stripe at the top and then repeat it using the narrow stripe at the top and widest stripe at the bottom to create a wide stripe. You can even combine 2-color double line pinstripes with single line stripes to create a wider mult-color pinstripe. Let you creative juices flow to make that perfect multi-line pinstripe.
Try using a wide solid line stripe, say 2 inch, 3 inch or 4 inch single line stripe in one color. That color becomes the 'background' stripe. Then use a series of double line pinstripes or 1/4 inch pinstripes on top of the background color. The result will look like several lines in several colors!
