How can I place an order?
Orders can be made by using our Secure Online shopping cart (SSL data encryption VeriSign Secured) 24 hrs or by calling our Order Center at 800-232-6922 or 858-273-5700 from Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4PM Pacific Time (11:30AM - 7PM Eastern) .

You can fax your order in, but you must provide your day and night time phone number so we can confirm your order (it cannot be processed until your order is confirmed by phone). Our Fax # is 858-273-5747.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for US bank issued cards only. We also accept payment by Money Order, Cashier's Check , and wire transfer (wire transfer fees apply). We do not ship C.O.D.

International orders (outside US or Canada) require a special shipping quote and payment by wire transfer only. To inquire about international ordering, please complete our information request form...

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed M-F during regular business hours. Allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order and charge your credit card before shipping. We have a shipping network of warehouses throughout the USA for quick delivery. Most people in the contintental US receive their orders within 3-7 days. Some products are made to order from the manufacturer and will take longer, however will ship direct to you for quickest shipping time.
