The Hoffman Group LLC
warrants registered products to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for the first year from date of
sale to the original purchaser. The Hoffman Group LLC will
repair, free of charge, this product if in the judgement
of The Hoffman Group LLC has proven to be defective within
the first year. After the first year the customer is responsible
for a portion of the cost of the product. The Hoffman Group
LLC will set this portion based on the condition of the
returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping
and handling charges.
This warranty does not
apply to normal wear and tear improper installation, accident,
misuse, abuse, improper line voltage, fire flood, lightning
or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired
by anyone other than the Hoffman Group LLC. This warranty
does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and
reinstallation of any The Hoffman Group LLC product, or
damage to vehicles electrical system. The liability of this
warranty is limited to the value of the goods claimed.
THIS WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND NO PERSON IS
AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR AUTOLOC ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS.
