PAYMENT: We accept payment via Money Order, Cashier's check, or credit card. Payment by credit card requires shipment to address shown on credit card statement only. Payment by money order or cashier's check will allow shipment to any address.
DELIVERY TIME: All AUTOMEGA body kits are special order, made to order and shipped from respective manufacturer's facility. All orders are to be prepaid at time of order and will ship when ready. Most orders are ready to ship within 7 days, and you should allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. Some items may take up to 4 to 12 weeks, depending on manufacturing schedules. Body kits, hoods and larger items ship freight via truck. You will be given the freight tracking number and trucking carrier phone number to contact them to coordinate a time of delivery. Please make sure that you are present to sigh for the delivery at the time you appointed with the Freight Carrier, as Re-Delivery Fees will be incurred and result in an additional charge to your account. All shipments will require signature upon delivery (NO Exceptions). Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING DAMAGE/CLAIMS: When shipping your parts, extreme care is used so that they will arrive intact. NEVER refuse a shipment because it appears broken or seems to be missing parts. You must accept the shipment, note the problem on the freight bill, and have the driver sign it. Notify the Freight Carrier and the Manufacturer directly within five (5) working days of any damage or shortages. Since the Freight Carrier is responsible for safe delivery to you, you must make a shipping damage claim immediately with the Freight Carrier directly and not with the Manufacturer or AUTOMEGA:

Visible Loss or Damage: Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The carrier will supply the form required to file such a claim.

Concealed Loss or Damage: Concealed loss or damage means that loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspecting by the carrier's agent within 5 days of delivery. Then file a claim with the carrier since the damage is the carrier's full responsibility. In the event of concealed damage, please save all materials used in packing your merchandise. Do not throw away the original box until you have determined that merchandise has not been damaged.

CANCELLATIONS after processing your order are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If your order has shipped before notice of cancellation, freight charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number, if the return is allowed as described under "Returns" below. Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to the 25% cancellation fee.

CLEARANCE SALES: All Clearance sales are considered FINAL; clearance sale items are not returnable.

RETURNS:
All products are special order, made- to-order and are generally not returnable. However, under certain circumstances each manufacturer may allow a return on unused merchandise in like-new condition and a 25% restocking charge will apply. When the items have been examined and the reason for the return verified, appropriate credit will be issued. Returns are accepted for "store" credit or exchange only. NO REFUNDS.

We must be notified of all return requests within 5 days from your receipt of merchandise. You must call us first to obtain authorization for the return. We will give you return instructions and a Return Authorization number as issued by the manufacturer, if approved. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments to our Customer Service Center, and manufacturer will not accept shipments without a confirmed return authorization number. If you are instructed to ship your return prepaid, the items must be shipped back within 10 days and insured for its full value. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All items authorized for return must be carefully packaged in its original carton including all packing material, labels, hardware, instructions, etc. Items must be returned in its unused condition for proper credit. Freight and handling charges are non refundable.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days. For returns pertaining to issues covered under the maufacturer's warranty, see the manufacturers' Warranty Policy.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Venue for any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement, or alleged breach thereof, shall be solely in San Diego County, California, within the City of San Diego, California.

KAMINARI Products:
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
All products manufactured by Kaminari, USA Inc. are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Kaminari, USA will repair or replace, at its option, any Kaminari part that has been determined by Kaminari USA to have failed due to defective workmanship or materials.

When purchasing Kaminari components from a Kaminari dealer, be sure that they are authentic. All of Kaminari components have a label on the underside, or an engraving with the our name "Kaminari USA". Most sideskirts and wing endcaps will include a Kaminari badge of authenticy on each side. If you find that you have purchased a counterfeit component without prior knowledge, please contact Kaminari USA.

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Failure of a Kaminari product due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Labor for removal or replacement, shipping, towing or transportation charges.
3. Damage to related components.
4. Costs incurred due to loss of use of vehicle.
5. Normal wear and tear.
6. Products used for racing.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties express or implied. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, except in those states where prohibited by law.
Extreme Dimensions Body Kits:
WARRANTY
All Extreme Dimensions products sold by Automega® and Custom Auto Trim and Graphics Inc. are sold “as is” to the customer. Extreme Dimensions does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. All Extreme Dimensions products are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Automega® and Extreme Dimensions, Inc. are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Automega® and Extreme Dimensions, Inc. will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.
XENON Products:
WARRANTY
All urethane components LIFETIME WARRANTY. Xenon warrants products
against defects in material and workmanship during the lifetime of the
product, to the original purchaser. Additionally, urethane products are warranted not
to crack, split, or delaminate UNDER NORMAL ROAD USE.
This warranty is void if any damage occurs to the product due to misuse, abuse,
neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, Acts of God, defective parts not manufactured by Xenon, and improper installation or use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product, also void this warranty. Xenon shall not be liable for any INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, including but not limited to damage resulting from the use of the product on repainted surfaces (non-factory original paint). Fading and paint coloration
differences resulting from portion of the product being shielded to direct sunlight while
other surfaces remain completely exposed, are not covered by this warranty. Xenon will, at its option,either repair or replace product which proves to be defective. This warranty covers the costs of the defective part only. Any and all cost for removal, re-installation, painting, shipping, or other incidental charges, are not covered by this warranty.

AEROGEAR PRODUCTS (by WAYSON USA LLC)
WARRANTY

OE Style Carbon Fiber Hoods are warranted for one year. All other AEROGEAR products carry a limited lifetime warranty. AEROGEAR Limited Lifetime warranty covers the total life of the product to the original purchaser. Warranty is limited to the structure of the product such as the fiberglass seam splitting, bubbling, or cracking due to natural causes. AEROGEAR does not warranty products that have been modified to fit any other vehicle than the one it was designed for or if the product is painted before pre-fitting. AEROGEAR does not warranty products that have been purchased used. Only products purchased from an AEROGEAR Authorized Dealer will be covered. AEROGEAR does not warranty product that has been purchased from an online auction such as ebay. (Warranty is non-transferrable). Any product that is painted cannot be returned. AEROGEAR is not held responsible for any installation, painting, or shipping charges for a product that is returned for warranty.

In addition to the distinctive baby blue color of AEROGEAR products, their unique Identification Tag lets the customer know that they have purchased an authentic AEROGEAR part and is used for warranty purposes.

In order to activate your limited lifetime warranty you must do the following:
1. Completely fill out the yellow warranty card included with your AEROGEAR product including the product identification number located on the Official ID tag on the product within 60 Days of purchase.

2. Photocopy the invoice or receipt from the authorized dealer that shows the price paid for the product(s). Please note that AEROGEAR products purchased from online auctions, such as ebay, yahoo etc., will not be covered under warranty. Only products purchased from an AEROGEAR Authorized Dealer will be covered.

Wings West Products:
WARRANTY
Wings West ceased operations on 01/07/05. The manufacturer's warranty for Wings West products is no longer available for any items purchased prior to 09/28/05.

The original Wings West product line was purchased by a new company in 2005 and is now operating under the name Wings West International, Inc. For warranty information on purchases made after 09/28/05, contact Wings West International, Inc. at 1-626-839-9833.
