These policies are specific for all Extreme Dimensions products, so please read them all carefully.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. AUTOMEGA® AND EXTREME DIMENSIONS, INC. MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.
Due to the highly specialized nature of our products we highly recommend the customer completely read the terms and conditions before finalizing a purchase.
Copyrights and Trademarks
All of the contents on this site including graphics, text, logos, button icons, images, audio/video clips and software belongs to AUTOMEGAŽ and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of these materials may be a violation of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Images
Please understand that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.
Payment
All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept credit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders.
Returns
All sales are FINAL. However, under certain circumstances AUTOMEGA® may allow a return on unused merchandise in like-new condition with a 30% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns allowed after 5 calendar days from the date of receipt. When the items have been examined and the reason for the return verified, appropriate credit will be issued. Returns are accepted for "store" credit or exchange only. NO REFUNDS.
We must be notified of all return requests within 5 calendar days from your receipt of merchandise. You must call us first to obtain authorization for the return. We will give you return instructions and a Return Authorization number, if approved. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments sent to our Customer Service Center, and we will not accept shipments without a confirmed return authorization number. If authorized, we will instruct you where to ship the return at your expense and the items must be shipped back within 10 calendar days and insured for its full value. Any items damaged during return shipping will be refused and customer is responsible to make a claim with his shipper. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All items authorized for return must be carefully packaged in its original carton including all packing material, labels, hardware, instructions, etc. Items must be returned in its unused condition to receive credit. Freight and handling charges are non refundable.
Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 15 calendar days.
Shipping Damages
(Special instructions for Extreme Dimensions Products)
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call AUTOMEGAR® at 800-232-6922 within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Warranty/Liability
All Extreme Dimensions products sold by AUTOMEGA® and Custom Auto Trim and Graphics Inc. are sold “as is” to the customer. Extreme Dimensions does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. All Extreme Dimensions products are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. AUTOMEGA® and Extreme Dimensions, Inc. are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. AUTOMEGA® and Extreme Dimensions, Inc. will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.
Installation of Aerodynamics
All Extreme Dimensions products are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. Buyer understands that modifications may be necessary in order to get his/her body kit installed properly.
Total Time Of Delivery
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time of the carrier. This can range from 48 hours to 2 weeks for in-stock Extreme Dimensions items. Most items are shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment processing is completed. For made to order or backordered items it can take substantially longer. Please call us to confirm shipping times for your product. We will give you an estimate before special ordering or back ordering an item for you.
Backorders
Most products are in stock, and if so it will be shipped within 48 hours. If your order is not in stock, most backorders ship within 2 to 4 weeks - some carbon fiber products may take up to 8 weeks before shipping. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AUTOMEGA® and Custom Auto Trim and Graphics Inc. will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Extreme Dimensions, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Venue for any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement, or alleged breach thereof, shall be solely in San Diego County, California, within the City of San Diego, California.
