   Our products are advertised for sale exclusively online.    The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
3. Fraud:
   By purchasing at CustomAutoTrim.Com either online or by phone, you confirm that the information that you provide us is true, and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site.
4. Limited Right to Use.
   The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICE. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT AS A LIMITATION, WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US. THIS SITE AND THE INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
9. Limits.
   All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.
10. Responsibility of Purchaser
    
Customer is responsible for selecting the correct part number for their vehicle. We assume no liability or incidental costs incurred for wrong parts purchased.
11. Installation Requirements
    Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the product. All AIT body kit products are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. Chips and hairline cracks are normal and may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts. Body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend installation be performed by an experienced customizing shop who knows all the procedures of installing fiberglass body kits. We do not recommend a small collision repair shop or factory dealership to installations of body kits. These shops usually are only experienced in installing OEM (factory) parts that are direct bolt-on, and do not know the proper procedures of installing fiberglass body kits. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. Buyer understands that modifications may be necessary in order to get his/her body kit installed properly. If a piece does not fit perfectly, it does not necessarily mean that it is defective. Keep in mind that a part that fits on the same model and year car might not fit your car. Changes in the structure/chassis of your car may affect the fitment of the body kit. A refund will be considered if fitment is off only by extreme margins solely determined by AUTOMEGA®
12. All body kits sold on this web site are strongly recommended to be installed by professionals in automotive trade that are experienced in installing the particular product that they purchase.
    Anyone who purchases from this site, including consumers, re-sellers or installers, are accepting responsibility for the proper installation of these products. Consumers are advised to use an installer that warrants their labor against improper installation.

13. Spoilers/Body kits:
    Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty. Due to the fact that most body kits are FRP Composite products and intended only for off-highway/show only Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines; AITracing.com is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, and bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on none-US spec. vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint. Please seek professional custom body shop not collision repair shop for paint and installation.
14. Fiberglass/Carbon Fiber Hoods:
    Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. AITracing.com and CustomAutoTrim.Com are not responsible or liable for any damages or responsible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with a stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailer. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/technician install and paint any hoods/body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. If any body kit/hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough in which it cannot be repaired, you must contact or make a claim to with the shipping company immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns section of this page for further details involving claims.
15. General:
    Actual parts may differ from pictures on web site. Every after market part which includes: body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc. require modification for installation for example shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, etc. This needs to be worked on by a trained professional or a professional body shop. In case customers decide to do this themselves, AITracing.com will not accept any returns and will not do any refunds on these items.
16. Product Inspection
    It is the customer's responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.
17. Cancellations/ Refusals/ Re-Deliveries
    CANCELLATIONS after processing your order, if allowed, are subject to a cancellation fee similar to restocking charges if the order has not shipped.
    If your order has shipped before notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number, if the return is allowed as described under "Returns" below.
18. Refused Deliveries/ Re-Directed Shipments
    Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to cancellation or restocking fees. Customer is responsible for all charges associated with re-directed shipments.
19. Use of Information.
    We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
20. Privacy Policy.
    Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
21. Payments.
    All body kits must be prepaid prior to shipping, we do not ship C.O.D. We accept payments by Money Order or Credit Cards (no international credit cards). You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
22. Money Orders
    We can ship to different addresses if paid by Money Order.
23. Billing Addresses for Credit Card Payments
    We require your official billing address listed on file with your credit card company in order to obtain an authorization to complete your order even if you ship to a different address.
24. Return Policy.
    The AIT Racing customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 5 days of signing and receipt of item for any reason as long as it is returned in original condition and packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by AITracing.com and CustomAutoTrim.Com. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving your order. All approved returns must be returned to the AITracing.com warehouse in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged and make sure your package is insured for your protection. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to the warehouse if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, you may need to file a claim with the carrier (since you would then be the shipper). Failure to comply with this return policy, and failure to receive an RA for your return will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Venue for any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement, or alleged breach thereof, shall be solely in San Diego County, California, within the City of San Diego, California.
