If you submit an order online and have checked the box stating that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. The $399Line is advertised solely online at the $399Line web site and these terms and conditions are posted conspicuously - if you place your order by phone you are also agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. All merchandise information presented on our web site was true and correct at the time of publication. AUTOMEGA® may modify this agreement at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.
All $399Line products sold by AUTOMEGA® are sold “AS IS” with no warranty. In addition, all sales are FINAL. Any returns allowed are at the sole discretion of AUTOMEGA®. All $399Line products are subject to a 30% CANCELLATION FEE. No full refunds will be offered and price may change without prior notice. Any products authorized to be returned or shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer. There are no refunds after sales have been finalized and shipped. AUTOMEGA® reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.
Please make sure that you are present to sign for the delivery at the time you appointed with the Freight Carrier, as Re-Delivery Fees will be incurred and result in an additional charge to your account. All shipments will require signature upon delivery (NO Exceptions). Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to a 30% restocking fee.
All Orders must be prepaid by money order, cashier's check or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard. AMEX or Discover) prior to shipment. No COD's. International orders must be prepaid in US dollars by wire transfer only.
AUTOMEGA® shall not be liable for any failure to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of forces of nature, labor dispute, material shortage, act of local state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of business.
CANCELLATIONS after processing your order are subject to a 30% cancellation fee if the order has not been shipped. We must be notified within 3 days of placing your order. If your order has already shipped before notice of cancellation, you will not be able to cancel your order. Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges and will not be deemed as a valid Return Authorization and will not receive credit.
All sales are FINAL. However, under certain circumstances AUTOMEGA® may allow a return on unused merchandise in like-new condition with a 30% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns allowed after 5 calendar days from the date of receipt. When the items have been examined and the reason for the return verified, appropriate credit will be issued. Returns are accepted for "store" credit or exchange only. NO REFUNDS.
We must be notified of all return requests within 5 days from your receipt of merchandise. You must call us first to obtain authorization for the return. We will give you return instructions and a Return Authorization number, if approved. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments sent to our Customer Service Center, and we will not accept shipments without a confirmed return authorization number. If authorized, we will instruct you where to ship the return at your expense and the items must be shipped back within 10 days and insured for its full value. Any items damaged during return shipping will be refused and customer is responsible to make a claim with his shipper. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All items authorized for return must be carefully packaged in its original carton including all packing material, labels, hardware, instructions, etc. Items must be returned in its unused condition to receive credit. Freight and handling charges are non refundable.
Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days.
All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly utilizing a triple check method before it leaves our facility. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Do not sign your delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected.
Your signature acknowledges that you have inspected your order and that there are no damages. In case damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call the carrier office to file your damage claim within 72 hours as all shipments are sent insured. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the shipping company if you do so. AUTOMEGA® under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
All $399Line products sold by AUTOMEGA® are sold "AS IS" to the customers. AUTOMEGA® does NOT offer a warranty on the $399Line body kits. All $399Line parts sold by AUTOMEGA® are aftermarket products and are intended for non-road, show use only. AUTOMEGA® is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of your use of these products. Due to strict regulations by the DMV and U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, some of these products are not approved for street or highway use. AUTOMEGA® will not be responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred due to driver error, incorrect installations, and bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. AUTOMEGA® will not be responsible for your actions.
Buyer understands that all $399Line body kits are sold “AS IS” with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the product. All $399Line parts are made with 100% fiberglass. Chips and cracks are normal and may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts. Due to the material used in production, the body kit will not be a direct bolt on. Customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We highly recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Also, if the piece does not fit perfectly, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is defective. Keep in mind that a part that fits on the same model and year car might not fit your car. Changes in the structure/chassis of your car may affect the fitment of the body kit. A refund will be considered if fitment is off only by extreme margins solely determined by AUTOMEGA®.
Please be aware that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.
If product is in stock, you order will be shipped within 3 business days. Most orders take 2 to 4 weeks for you to receive your merchandise. However, if the item is temporarily out of stock, you will be given the opportunity to be placed on a prepaid back order list. Pre-paid backorders are shipped first in priority on a first come, first serve basis according to the list. Depending on manufacturing production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. If you would like to cancel your backorder, there will be a 30% cancellation fee. If you decide not to be on the pre-paid backorder list, we will cancel your order at no charge.

AUTOMEGA® makes no representations or warranties either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents, information, or materials contained therein. You agree that AUTOMEGA®, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the AUTOMEGA® web site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AUTOMEGA® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AUTOMEGA® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In any event if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase AUTOMEGA® shall immediately cancel the order and issue a credit.
All of the contents on this site including graphics, text, logos, button icons, images, audio/video clips and software belongs to AUTOMEGA® and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of these materials may be a violation of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
You agree that any legal action brought against AUTOMEGA® shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on CustomAutoTrim.Com shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in San Diego County in the State of California.
